Overnight orders will be sent via FedEx Standard Overnight, typically arriving within 1 business day after shipping. (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days.) The same daily cutoff applies as mentioned above. For further inquiries, reach out to customer service.
Shipping begins at $50 per order, and we only use USPS Priority Mail. To combat credit card fraud, international customers must pay via PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, or other approved methods, and are responsible for any associated fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
A Hazmat fee will apply to all shipments of powder and primers, costing $29 for UPS and FedEx (signature required upon delivery). You can choose the carrier at checkout by noting it in the “order notes.” An adult signature is required for delivery, and ID may be needed to verify age. If delivery fails after three attempts or is refused, the customer must cover all related shipping costs, including the Hazmat fee. Hazardous materials cannot be returned. If your order incurs more than one Hazmat fee, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval, and items must be in their original packaging and condition. Contact our Customer Service Department with your invoice number. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges, which must occur within 60 days of purchase. Include a copy of your invoice in the return package. Retain all shipping materials for any damaged packages, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
Products not made by Precision Reloading are covered by their manufacturers. Contact them directly for questions regarding their products. Neither Precision Reloading nor the manufacturer is responsible for customer misuse. When reporting defective merchandise, have your invoice number ready.
Prices on our site are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, handling, expedited services, and applicable sales taxes. You are responsible for any shipping and handling fees and local taxes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
We work with various carriers to deliver your orders. Indicate in the “order notes” section if you prefer home delivery. Depending on urgency, we may use FedEx, UPS, or another suitable courier; we are not liable for the shipment.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, it will be added to your order. Note that some carriers may not offer tracking.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your items and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed before checkout, giving you the option to cancel your order if desired.
